FAQ
Q1: Do you have a minimum order quantity for your products??
A1: Yes Our minimum order quantity for motors ranges from 1000 to 2000 units per unit depending on the model. After passing the test, we can also accept dozens or hundreds of samples for the first three orders. There is no limit on the number of samples, but if the testing requirements are met, please try to minimize the number of first samples (such as no more than 5) to prevent modifications after the first test.
Q2: Can I have some samples??
A2: Depending on the situation. If there is no demand in the future and it is only for personal use, it will be difficult for us to provide it. Because our motors are customized according to customer requirements and are out of stock. If it is a sample before a bulk order, we are willing to provide samples for your company to test, provided that the performance and bulk price are agreed upon.
Q3: Does your motor have a specific lifespan value?
A3: Not available. The lifespan of motors varies depending on the motor model, material, and operating environment such as temperature, humidity, load cycle, input, and assembly method. The lifespan of a motor that we usually talk about refers to the time it takes for the motor to operate continuously under rated voltage and load conditions, with changes in speed and current values less than+/-30%. If specific information and operating conditions can be provided, we can evaluate and recommend motors that can meet your company's requirements.
Q4: Can the motor shaft be customized??
A4: Depending on the situation. The diameter of the shaft is usually fixed, and we can reduce it by making it into a stepped shaft, but we cannot increase it; If you want to increase it, you can only add a shaft sleeve. For shaft length and shape (knurled, flat shaft, drilled, threaded shaft, etc.), changes can be made after evaluation.
Q5: Can ball bearings/stainless steel shafts be used?
A5: Most motors can use stainless steel shafts. Our 3 series, 5 series, 7 series, 8 series, and 9 series motors can all use ball bearings.
Q6: How long does the sampling cycle take?
A6: Generally ranging from 7 to 30 days. According to the customer's requirements for motor parameters, raw material procurement is required. Therefore, please communicate with customer service in advance.
